Wir haben das Bisto Champenois am 28. Nov.08 besucht, und können die fünf Sterne nur bestätigen! Die Terine de Volaille ist ein wenig deftig aber von feinem Geschmack. Auch die lauwarmen Gefügelmägen mit Salat gefolgt von einem Entrcote waren superb. Dazu kommt eine nette Atmophäre mit außerordenlich freundlichen Gastgebern.
