LE « DIE KURVE » RESSEMBLE A UN RESTAURANT CACHER, A LE GOUT D’UN RESTAURANT CACHER MAIS N’EST ABSOLUMENT PAS UN RESTAURANT CACHER !!!
 
Bonjour, en déplacement professionnel dans la ville de Düsseldorf et mangeant strictement cacher, j’ai recherché sur Internet avant mon déplacement les restaurants cachers de la ville.
Le restaurant DIE KURVE sort en première page de Google et de Tripadvisor avec de très bonnes notes.
Réservation prise, je me rends au DIE KURVE, restaurant très agréable, devanture originale avec des inscriptions en hébreu comme « bienvenus, chalom, Lehaim,cacher,.. »
A l’intérieur, un décor soigné 100% jewish avec des chandeliers, des étoiles de David, des livres de la littérature israélienne, et autres objets artisanaux.
En consultant la carte, on peut y découvrir des plats israéliens, séfarades avec une carte de grands vins israéliens équilibrée et complète.
Aussi, au moment de passer commande, la serveuse me voyant porter ma Kippa m’informe que ce restaurant n’est pas Cacher !!!???
Je ne comprends pas et appelle le patron du restaurant qui me confirme alors que le restaurant n’est pas cacher, qu’il n’y a pas de chômer, que c’est juste un « KOSHER STYLE » !!!!
Les explications du gérant pour justifier ce KOSHER STYLE étaient déconcertantes et peu convaincantes…
Après investigation, les seuls produits cachers du restaurant sont les vins (à ouvrir vous-même, pas de chomer) et le HOUMOUS acheté à l’épicerie cachère BEST KING situé au 71 BANKSTRASSE à côté du BETH HABAD de Dusseldorf.
Alors si vous mangez strictement cacher, évitez ce restaurant !!!
 

THE "DIE KURVE" LOOKS TO A KOSHER RESTAURANT, TO THE TASTE OF A KOSHER RESTAURANT BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A KOSHER RESTAURANT !!!
 
Hello, on business trip in the city of Düsseldorf and eating strictly kosher, I searched on the Internet before I moved to the Kosher restaurants of the city.
The restaurant DIE KURVE comes out on the front page of Google and Tripadvisor with very good grades.
Reservation taken, I go to DIE KURVE, very nice restaurant, original front with inscriptions in Hebrew as "welcome, chalom, Lehaim, kosher, .."
Inside, a 100% jewish decoration with candlesticks, stars of David, books of Israeli literature, and other handicrafts.
By browsing the map, you can discover Israeli, Sephardic dishes with a comprehensive and balanced Israeli wine list.
Also, when ordering, the waitress seeing me carrying my Kippa informs me that this restaurant is not kosher !!! ???
I do not understand and call the boss of the restaurant who confirms me while the restaurant is not kosher, that there is no supervisor, that it is just a "KOSHER STYLE" !!!!
The explanations of the manager to justify this KOSHER STYLE were disconcerting and unconvincing ...
After investigation, the only Kosher products of the restaurant are the wines (to be opened by yourself, no supervisor) and the HOUMOUS bought at the BEST KING Kosher grocery store located at 71 BANKSTRASSE next to the BETH HABAD of Dusseldorf.
So if you eat strictly kosher, avoid this restaurant !!!
